Refund Policy

Session Rate: To be agreed upon during onboarding or listed on website. Payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

If the coach must cancel, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.

No refunds are given for missed sessions unless the coach is responsible for the cancellation.
